If you’re a new home builder with limited brand recognition and who is building outside the most desirable town lines, how do you sell more homes, faster?

That’s what Cresleigh Homes asked us. We delved into what makes them special – an exacting, almost obsessive concern with quality construction and fair pricing. The company’s homes used better materials and building practices than most volume builders. They were also found in areas that were just being discovered as suburbs. 16 Rays conceived and photographed a print campaign that communicated exactly that – but in surprising ways.
